The rhythm of the seasons and the renewal of the landscapes make this profession an out of age profession. The icing on the cake consists in developing a range of champagne appreciated by all.
A cuvée coming from the well-known Côte des Blancs.
The champagne Gaspard-Crépaux Tradition comes from our vinyards located in the “Côte des Blancs” and is the blend of several years of harvest namely 60% from 2018 and 40% from reserve wine, which ensures a constant quality.
Well appreciated as an aperitive, its fine bubbles sparkle in the mouth and release all their flavor.
A blanc de blancs cuvee only from the vineyard classified Grand-Cru-Blanc de blancs.
“100% Chardonnay” it is an elegant champagne, full of finesse with rounder and more persistent aromas in the mouth,
which will perfectly suit a fish dish.

Coming from an exposed southward hillside and also from vines aged between 50 and 80 years old which offers a typical character and an exceptional maturity.
You can taste it all along the meal but you will find out all its subtleties during an aperitive.
This blending of chardonnay and pinot-noir will delight you for any festivities and you will enjoy its sustained pink salmon colour.
The nose reveals fruity and floral hints and a light and well-balanced taste.
