The third flask of our range Blanc de blancs-Grand Cru.
Coming from an exposed southward hillside and also from vines aged between 50 and 80 years old which offers a typical character and an exceptional maturity.
You can taste it all along the meal but you will find out all its subtleties during an aperitive.
It can be distinguished by its shape, with a curved lower part and a slender neck, makes it different from our other cuvées, with a prestigious appearance!
The ageing in bottle is therefore 6 years and the output is limited to 4000 bottles.
Dosage : 9g/l
