A blanc de blancs cuvee only from the vineyard classified Grand-Cru-Blanc de blancs.
“100% Chardonnay” it is an elegant champagne, full of finesse with rounder and more persistent aromas in the mouth,
which will perfectly suit a fish dish.
Bottling 2015 This cuvee is made with 60% from the harvest 2014 and 40% from “reserve” wine.
Its aging in our cellar for 6 years.
The dosage is 9g/l
