A blanc de blancs cuvee only from the vineyard classified Grand-Cru-Blanc de blancs. Its aging in our cellar for 4 years. Descriptif: Bottling 2014 This cuvee is made with 60% from the harvest 2013 and 40% from “reserve” wine. Also “100% Chardonnay” it is an elegant champagne, full of finesse with rounder and more persistent aromas in the mouth..
